IEC TC 25 – Quantities and Units

IEC Technical Committee 25 (IEC TC 25) develops International Standards for quantities, units, symbols, and letter symbols used in electrical engineering, electronics, and related technologies.
The committee promotes the consistent use of internationally recognized scientific terminology and measurement units across technical documents, standards, and engineering practices.
